Pure, seasoned teakwood lame for controlled sourdough bread scoring. This unique hand-crafted lame is designed and contoured to equip two different types of blades for easy manoeuvring. We go an edge-beyond with our genuine leather cases and blade sleeves to prevent finger cuts, and for safekeeping. Our lames are 100% chemical free and are personally treated for a week in natural linseed oil over a 3-step process.
Each Lame is finished with multiple sanding and oil laquering by hand . Small imperfections does not attributes to defects but to the particularity of hand processing and finish.
